Products and orders

Products are printed to order. Check the product description, size guide, colour, quantity and delivery details before paying. Product pictures are mockups; screen settings can affect how colours appear. This does not limit your rights if a product differs materially from its description.

If you need to change or cancel an order, email as soon as possible. Changes may not be possible once production starts. Your rights for faulty, incorrect or undelivered goods are covered by the returns policy and Australian Consumer Law.

Prices and delivery

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. US orders use US dollars, converted automatically from our Australian dollar prices. Token Casual is not registered for GST and does not charge GST. Shipping is added at checkout before payment. Orders ship to Australia and the United States. Any delivery dates are estimates; production and carrier delays can occur. Contact the store if an order is delayed or missing.

Returns and privacy

The returns policy explains change-of-mind requests and problems with products. The shipping policy explains delivery. The privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
